Mercer acquires Mettl, an online assessment platform

Global consulting firm Mercer has acquired online assessment platform Mettl, a Gurugram-based online talent assessment firm for an undisclosed amount- Company Statement

Mercer delivers advice and technology-driven solutions that help organizations meet the health, wealth and career needs of their employees. It operates in over 130 countries and employs more than 23,000 people.

“Online talent assessment is a powerful tool that helps companies unlock the potential of their people. Mettl is a disruptive HR tech start-up that has pioneered a robust assessments platform,” said Anish Sarkar, CEO, India, Mercer.

Mettl was Founded by Ketan Kapoor and Tonmoy Shingal, Mettl uses its proprietary content and big data analytics to measure personality, ability and job-specific skills for its clients. It claims to assist 2,000 global companies, 24 sector skill councils and 15 educational institutes in over 80 countries.
