Dr. Nilanjana Bhaduri, Director – Learning & Development, HARMAN, A Samsung Company. A lifelong student of culture and organization development, Nilanjana has had the opportunity of experiencing multi-cultural environments with Bosch, Daimler and now HARMAN. She has partnered with businesses mostly in strategic HR roles, with deep dive in areas of Leadership Development, Innovation Management and Talent Engagement. In her present role in HARMAN, she leads the design and deployment of learning interventions, with focus on new-age learning aids. She had completed her thesis on Innovation Management from the Indian Institute of Science, and continues to research on psychological constructs of empowerment, diversity and inclusion.
