The main reason for this is that the tech-savvy generation is interested in working for tech giants is for career advancement as well as the goal is not only to jumpstart a career but these companies are the platform that is growing exponentially in the digital world.

The main reasons tabulated from the employer rating portal, JobBuzz, show the top features and services that techies look for before joining TCS.

Work-life balance

People working in the software industry frequently struggle to strike a work-life balance. On the other hand, TCS is thought to provide flexible working hours by 62% of respondents. So, you can balance your professional and personal lives. 

Professional Advancement

IT companies have grown exponentially in recent years. Speaking particularly in India, only a few provide employees with long-term career opportunities. Being associated with a brand not only assures you that you are on the right track in your career, but it also provides job security, upskilling, and training programmes.

TCS is a brand in which 29% of employees believe can help them advance in their careers.

Work environment

Another important factor attracting employees to TCS is the company’s work environment. Speaking about TCS, it has received 16% of employee votes for providing a favourable and healthy work environment.

People/colleagues

Colleagues are the people you spend most of your time at work with. In addition, for a project to be successful, an understanding and a cooperative team are required. About 25% of those polled say it is one of the primary reasons they work for TCS.

Leave Policy

People prefer a company that understands its employees’ needs. Employee-friendly leave policies and regulations are among the top five reasons why people stay with the company.

TCS’s good leave policy has been endorsed by 14% of those polled.
