The Incumbent should be Qualified MBA/PGDM,/MSW  from a Good institute with about 20 years of experience (At least 5 years in leadership Role in any Mfg based Organisation . Capable to manage Large Workforce and Multiple Plants . Should Possess an Inspiring Leadership Qualities with a strong belief in Human Values. Good Experience in Change Management & Driving employee Engagement  besides other gamut of HR / IR. Age Limit -Around 40-45 Years. 2- Head Training & Development 

  • PGDM/MSW?MBA with about 15-17 years of Exp. Professionals from any Progressive organisations capable to lead training & Development Initiatives for a large Plant.
  • Plan & execute Learning & Development agenda in line with Capability requirement of the Business.
  • Develop and build leadership capabilities, Mnagement & leadership development programs including executive coaching strategy and roll out learning solutions. Coaching and advising business leaders and people managers as the need arises.
