AIonOS, an artificial intelligence and data analytics company, has appointed Raj Tanwar as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Raj holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
His academic background, combined with his hands-on experience in HR leadership, positions him well to lead AIonOS’s HR initiatives.

Raj Tanwar brings over 20 years of global HR leadership experience across various sectors, including IT Products & Services, Customer Experience (CX), Engineering, Pharma, and Hydrocarbons.
Prior to joining AIonOS, Raj served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Head of Human Resources at Advantage Club Technologies Inc.
His extensive experience includes roles at Concentrix, Cipla, Thomas Cook India, Punj Lloyd, Eicher Engineering Solutions, and Hinduja TMT.
Raj’s transformative leadership at Advantage Club Technologies Inc. has been pivotal in driving global talent and business success.
His focus on HR digital innovation and strategy has contributed to enhancing employee experience and streamlining organizational efficiency across over 100 countries.
