Background and Experience
Garima Kochar brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. Prior to joining Apraava Energy, she served as Chief People Officer at Evonith Steel in Mumbai. Here she held this position for over two years.
During her tenure at Evonith Steel, Garima oversaw human resources for both Evonith Value Steel Limited and Evonith Metallics Limited. She played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategies and culture.
Before her time at Evonith Steel, Garima spent an impressive 17 years at Holcim. The company is among world’s leading building materials companies.
Her roles at Holcim included Head of HR & Admin for the Pan India divisions of ACC and Ambuja Cement, Head of Leadership Development, and Head of Performance Management Systems & Employee Engagement.
Garima’s contributions to leadership development and employee engagement strategies significantly impacted organizational success.
