ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel gets Dr Debabrata as Head- HR, Eastern India

A joint venture between the world’s leading steel companies, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India has appointed Dr. Debabrata Dash as Head – Human Resources Eastern India.

He said on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Human Resources Eastern India at Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India Ltd!”

Dr. Debabrata is a result-oriented HR professional with 28 years of Experience in organizations of Repute with rich exposure in Group/ Corp HR/BU HR and Green Field Project.

He has implemented Business-centric Policies and Processes and has come across multiple challenges. He implemented many Change Management, Cultural Transformation, and Organization Development Interventions which have added value to the Business.

Before joining ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, Debabrata worked as Group Vice President – HR and Admin at MSPL Limited.

Prior to his tenure at MSPL Limited, he worked at Tata Steel as the Head – Human Resources for almost 7 years and successfully handled the Merger of all Project units & designed the Org structure of Engg & Project division.

His earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as Tata Motors, Jindal Stainless, ITC Limited, National Aluminium Company Limited, Odisha Hydropower Corporation, and BILT.

Debabrata holds his Doctor of Philosophy from Utkal University and completed his Postgraduate Degree from Xavier Institute of Management.
