Arihant Capital Appoints Pankaj Adhav as Head – HRD

Arihant Capital Markets Ltd, a leading player in the financial services sector, has announced the appointment of Pankaj Adhav as Head- Human Resources Development.

Pankaj Adhav extended his heartfelt thanks to the Top Management team of Arihant Capital for believing in him and giving him the opportunity to lead the HR & Learning Department.

Ashok Jain, CMD, and other members of the leadership team, including Arpit Jain, Swati Jain, and Shruti Jain, have expressed their confidence in Pankaj’s ability to drive the company’s HR and training initiatives forward.

Pankaj Adhav’s New Role

In his new role, Pankaj Adhav will be responsible for driving Human Resources and Training Development across Arihant Capital’s diverse businesses, including Arihant Capital (Traditional Broking and Wealth Distribution), Merchant Banking, Institutional Business, and Arihant PLUS (Digital Broking).

His primary focus will be on building a strong people strategy, nurturing talent, and enabling success across all verticals.

Reflecting on his new role, Pankaj Adhav stated, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head Human Resources Development at Arihant Capital Markets Ltd!”

Pankaj Adhav brings a wealth of experience in human resources and consulting. He is now taking on a new position at Arihant Capital Markets Ltd.

He has held senior leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as Yes Securities, HDFC Ergo General Insurance, 5paisa, Kunvarji Group, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers, Religare Enterprises, and Sharekhan.

His extensive track record includes spearheading culture transformation, organizational design, leadership development, HR transformation, and change management.
