AXISCADES Technologies Ltd. has appointed Ravikumar Joghee as its new Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer.

CEO and MD, Alfonso Martinez, highlighted Ravi’s strong background in growing businesses with higher profit margins and building skilled teams. With AXISCADES moving into complete product development—from semiconductor design to final output—Ravi’s experience will be a key part of this shift.

His background in using digital tools and shaping brand strategy is expected to boost the company’s reach, especially in defense, aerospace, electronics, and semiconductors. He will also lead operations in the U.S., helping the firm grow in a vital market.

A Look at Ravi’s Career

Ravi brings more than three decades of work across several sectors, including Aerospace, Defense, Banking, and IT. This is not his first time at AXISCADES—he worked there in 2010, helping manage top clients like Airbus and Bombardier.

He also set up design centers in both India and Europe. His earlier roles at Wipro, Sandvik, and Numentica saw him focus on business growth, brand repositioning, and using digital tools to improve how companies work.

What’s Next for AXISCADES

Ravi says he’s proud to return at a time when AXISCADES is moving into more complex areas of work.

He plans to focus on clear priorities, raise the company’s standing in India, and push forward in North America.

His goals include building stronger teams using AI and helping global manufacturers prepare for changes in how products are made.

His return is part of a bigger leadership update, with new roles being added for the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
