A leading data center, colocation, and hybrid cloud solutions provider in the Asia Pacific, BDx Data Centers has appointed Prasheel Pardhe as Global Head- HR.

Prasheel has over 20 years of experience in leading and transforming HR functions across diverse industries and geographies.

His leverage expertise is in global HR programs and policies, compensation and benefits, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, startups, scaling up, and people development to deliver impactful HR solutions that align with the business vision and goals.

Prasheel’s mission is to create a positive and inclusive work culture that attracts, develops, and retains the best talent while enabling business excellence and innovation.

He has successfully led and executed several HR initiatives, such as competency modeling, vision-mission and values exercise, HR communiqués, HR analytics, and capability management, employer and HR branding, learning and development strategies, talent management, and talent acquisition.

Prior to BDx Data Centers, Prasheel was associated with Trantor as Chief People Officer. In this role, he was responsible for Heading Human Resources for Trantor.

His earlier stints include working with Mindgate Solutions Pvt. Ltd, HCL Technologies, GoldenSource, Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), Reliance Life Sciences, Hewitt Associates, Lucent Technologies, and Birla Technologies.

He started his career with Tata Interactive Systems as Sr. Manager HR. He spent 5 years with the organization.

Prasheel is an alumnus of Indian School of Business and holds his Master in Business Administration from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
