Previously based in Singapore for the past 12 years, Rupali Gupta will be relocating with her family to join Captain Fresh’s global leadership team in India.

Rupali Gupta brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and consulting to her new position at Captain Fresh.
She has held senior leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as Korn Ferry, Mercer, Mundipharma, Standard Chartered Bank, and Accenture.
Her extensive track record includes spearheading culture transformation, organizational design, leadership development, HR transformation, and change management.
Rupali’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Captain Fresh, as the company is scaling rapidly both organically and inorganically.
