Background and Expertise
Before joining Exicom, Pooja Duggal served as Head of Human Resources at Zee Media Corporation Limited.
During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving the company’s HR strategies, overseeing a team that supported its business operations in Noida.
Her leadership was pivotal in improving HR systems and processes across the organization, contributing to its overall growth and efficiency.
Prior to her role at Zee Media, Pooja led HR for HT Digital Streams, a digital business of HT Media.
Here, she managed the people strategy for a 700-strong workforce, creating a competitive HR framework that supported the company’s growth initiatives.
Her earlier career includes significant HR roles at HT Media Ltd, Raychem RPG Ltd, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, and MTS – Sistema Shyam Teleservices.
Pooja Duggal holds an MBA in Human Resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), one of India’s leading business schools.
Her academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, positions her well to lead Exicom’s HR function as the company continues to innovate and expand.
