Savita Sharma Joins Genpact as Director – Talent Acquisition

TritonExec’s Savita Sharma has joined Genpact, a global professional services firm, as Director – Talent Acquisition.

Savita’s career journey includes roles such as Lead Executive for HR Talent Acquisition at Aricent.

There, she managed recruitment functions across India for major clients like Cisco, IBM, and Reliance.

Role at Genpact

Savita has joined TritonExec as Director of Talent Acquisition to spearhead a strategic partnership with Genpact.

This collaboration will enable them to leverage a cutting-edge RPO model, significantly improving their efficiency in identifying and securing the best talent globally.

Savita’s leadership will drive innovation and deliver exceptional results in our talent acquisition efforts.

In her new role, Savita will be responsible for steering the organization’s global talent acquisition initiatives.

Her data-driven approach to recruitment and deep understanding of market dynamics are expected to enhance the company’s ability to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.

She will focus on driving talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning, and strategic hiring to enhance Genpact’s competitive edge across its global markets.

Savita Sharma brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources.

Prior to joining Genpact, she served as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at VVDN Technologies.

There, she led recruitment for critical business units across Europe, the US, India, and Japan.

During her tenure at VVDN, she managed a team of 12 resources and drove high-volume lateral hiring.

She also collaborated with senior stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans.

She also has experience as Account Lead at Mount Talent Consulting, supporting hiring in the APAC region for Colt Technology.

Additionally, she worked as Assistant Manager-HR at MNR Solutions, managing international telecom and IT accounts.
