About Reeti Dubey
Reeti Dubey brings nearly two decades of experience in HR leadership to her new position. Prior to joining Google Operations Center, she held various senior roles at NatWest Group, including:
- Senior Director – HR Business Partner
- Director – HR Consulting
- Vice President – HR Strategy
During her tenure at NatWest Group, Reeti played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and leading organizational transformation.
She also spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Earlier in her career, Reeti worked with Tech Mahindra and Gi Group. During this time, she gained expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR consulting.
She also operated as a freelance consultant, supporting hiring strategies for global firms such as EDS (now HP), Perot Systems (now Dell), and RBS.
Reeti holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune.
Her extensive experience and educational background make her well-equipped to lead HR operations at GOC.
