Groupe SEB Appoints Saurabh Katyal as Head – HR India

Saurabh is a certified Hogan assessor with expertise in various HR disciplines.

He specializes in HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & organizational development (L&OD), and HR analytics.

His expertise in data-driven HR strategies aligns with Groupe SEB’s commitment to progressive, people-first leadership.

Saurabh’s appointment signals Groupe SEB’s focus on employee-centric policies, aiming to enhance workplace culture, leadership development, and operational efficiency.

Before joining Groupe SEB, Saurabh served as Head HR India at ADM, where he was responsible for leading key HR initiatives.

His tenure at ADM was marked by strategic workforce planning, ensuring operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Saurabh’s career also includes impactful leadership roles at Bata India Limited, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Airtel, and Mahindra Group.

His experience spans consumer goods, telecommunications, and automotive industries, giving him a broad understanding of various business sectors.
