Vijayraj has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at HCA Healthcare!”
He is an HR professional with 25-plus years of comprehensive Human Resource experience as an HR business partner, across various HR functions and employee relations.
He is a highly resourceful, positive team player and decision-maker with an ability to motivate and resolve problems in a challenging environment.
Vijayraj strongly demonstrated leadership skills and can influence higher management at all levels of the organization with abilities to deliver quality services while adhering to deadlines.
His earlier stints include working with A.B Grain & Sprits (Chaddha Group) and UFLEX Group.
