HCLTech, a leading global technology company, today announced the appointment of Arjun A. Sethi as Chief Growth Officer for Strategic Segments, focusing on government and global private equity.
This newly-created position underscores HCLTech’s commitment to expanding its footprint in high-growth segments and leveraging Sethi’s extensive industry experience.
Strategic Focus and Responsibilities at HCLTech
Based in New York, Arjun will be responsible for driving HCLTech’s engineering-led technology portfolio, digital services, and differentiated GenAI solutions to government and global private equity markets.
His role will involve crafting strategies to tap into new opportunities and executing plans to achieve growth in these critical segments.

Arjun A. Sethi’s Background and Expertise
Arjun joins HCLTech after a 25-year career at Kearney. At the latter he served as Senior Partner and Vice Chair of Digital Transformation.
His international experience spans the Americas, Middle East, and APAC, covering government, private equity, and financial services.
Arjun holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, India, and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
His educational background and professional experience position him well to lead HCLTech’s strategic initiatives.
