KPMG APPOINTS ACCENTURE’S DIVYA PRIYAMBADA AS DIRECTOR – HR
KPMG has appointed Divya Priyambada as Director- HR. Prior to this; she was associated with Accenture as HR lead- Accenture Digital India. In this new role, she is responsible for the people and culture agenda of the organization and reports to Mr. Sunit Sinha, Head of People, KPMG India.
Divya brings a total working experience of over 15 years. She has been associated with Accenture since September 2006 in various areas of Recruitment and Business HR. She was leading the Recruitment & Staffing function for Capability Network business aligned to Accenture Strategy in India.
Divya graduated from HR College of Commerce & Economics and holds Post Graduation Certification in Human Capital Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
ORIENT ELECTRIC APPOINTS ADITYA KOHLI AS CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Orient Electric Limited, part of USD 2.4 billion diversified CK Birla Group, has appointed Aditya Kohli, as Chief Human Resources Officer. Aditya will be based at the company’s Head Office located in New Delhi.
Aditya brings with him a rich experience of more than 23 years working in India and abroad with companies of repute like Hewitt Associates, Standard Charted Bank, Bharti Airtel, and Clix Capital.
Aditya has a proven track record that spans across a wide range of HR expertise in the areas of Business Relationship Management, HR Transformation, Change and Culture Management, HR Technology, Talent Management, and Performance and Compensation, among others.
EVEREST GROUP APPOINTS SWAPNA ALLAPUR AS CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Everest Group has announced the appointment of Swapna Allapur as chief people officer. In this new role, she is responsible for the human resources strategy and operations of the firm, which employs nearly 400 people across the U.S., Canada, Europe, India, and Latin America.
Prior to joining Everest Group, Allapur was associated with Deloitte Consulting in multiple senior roles. She was instrumental in driving large-scale HR transformation in talent management, global mobility, and talent acquisition.
Her previous international stints have included roles with Sun Life Financial and Hexaware Technologies in the U.S., Satyam Computers, Mascon, and HMT.
CONFLUENT APPOINTS GUNJAN AGGARWAL AS CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Confluent has announced the appointment of Gunjan Aggarwal as Chief People Officer (CPO). Gunjan joins Confluent from RingCentral, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President (EVP) and the company’s first CPO.
Gunjan has over two decades of industrial experience and a host of awards for diversity, happiness, and leadership, among others. Prior to her role as Chief People Officer at RingCentral, Gunjan worked as the Chief HR Officer of RELX Group.
She has also held a variety of leadership positions at Ericsson, Novartis, and Unilever. Gunjan holds a bachelor of engineering degree and a master’s in business administration from JMI and XLRI Universities in India.
MCKINSEY & COMPANY APPOINTS PRIYA RAMDEV AS CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
McKinsey & Co has appointed Priya Ramdev as Chief People Officer. Ramdev will be responsible for driving the talent agenda and leading the People function. Ramdev has over 16 years of experience and has expertise in Talent Analytics, HR Tech, Digital HR Solutions, Tailored Talent Strategy, HR Business Partnering, Career Architecture, and Competency Architecture among others.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Ramdev was associated with Accenture for more than 15 years, most recently as Head of HR – India Market Unit (Accenture Strategy). She has also worked for Citi Bank for more than a year. She has done BCom (Honours) and holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
AKZONOBEL ELEVATES ITS INDIA HR HEAD ANUSHREE SINGH TO A GLOBAL ROLE
Paints and coatings maker AkzoNobel has announced that Anushree Singh, HR Head India has been elevated to a global role, effective April 1. She takes on a new mandate as Global Project Manager for Employer Value Proposition (EVP) at AkzoNobel, the company said in a statement.
In her new role, Anushree Singh will work closely with Akzo Nobel’s Executive Committee members and the Global HR Leadership Team. Her key priorities will be to define and roll out an EVP that resounds with the company’s purpose-driven culture, it said.
Anushree Singh joined the organization in the year 2019 as the Head of Human Resources for India Sub-continent.
