Max Life appoints Rishi Tiwari as Vice President-Human Resources

A life insurance company, Max Life Insurance announced the appointment of Rishi Tiwari as Vice President – Human Resources.

In this role, Rishi Tiwari will be responsible for building exceptional experiences and an even better place to work for more than 30000 employees.

Rishi Tiwari has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President – Human Resources at Max Life!”

Rishi is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a passionate Human Resource professional with a wide range of experience in handling recruitments, talent management, industrial relations, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR Business Partnership, and leading change and strategic HR initiatives.

Prior to the Max Life Insurance, Rishi was associated with a leading global hospitality company Hilton as a cluster Director of Human Resources. He worked with the organization for nearly six years.

Earlier, Rishi worked with Hyatt Regency Delhi as Associate Director of Human Resources. During his tenure, he got four promotions within Hyatt. His association with Hyatt Regency was for over five years.

Previously, Rishi worked with The Lalit Hotel as Senior Human Resources Executive from October 2010 – January 2012. His career stints also include Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, Accor, and Lekha Micro Plastics.

Rishi holds his master’s in Business Administration from the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s – Usha and Lakshmi Mittal Institute Of Management. He completed his graduation from Delhi University.
