NCR Voyix, a global provider of digital commerce solutions for the retail and restaurant industries, has appointed Natasha K as its new Executive Director of Human Resources for India, effective immediately.
Natasha K brings a wealth of HR expertise, having worked in organizations such as SAP, Sapient, Fiserv, and AstraZeneca.
Her extensive 15-year career encompasses specialties in HR business partnering, total rewards, HR service delivery and systems, employee relations, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, HR program management, and transformation projects.

Natasha K began her professional journey in 2009, handling talent engagement at Mahindra Satyam BPO.
She then moved to SAP, where she looked after onboarding and background checks for new hires. Alongwith this she also handled vendor management and exit formalities.
After a short stint at Sapient, she returned to SAP as an HR service consultant.
Her career also includes roles at athenahealth, Fiserv, and AstraZeneca, where she served as a senior HR business partner for over two years.
Natasha K’s Education and Background
Natasha K holds an engineering degree in electronics and communication from Anna University. She also has an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Ballarat.
Her educational background, combined with her extensive experience, makes her well-equipped to take on the role of Executive Director of Human Resources at NCR Voyix.
Natasha K’s appointment as Executive Director of Human Resources at NCR Voyix marks a significant milestone for the company.
Her extensive experience and expertise in HR will be instrumental in driving NCR Voyix’s human resources strategy.
