NTT DATA Appoints Stijn Nauwelaerts as Chief People Officer

NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and IT services has announced a significant addition to its leadership team.

Stijn Nauwelaerts, with an impressive track record spanning 30 years in global HR leadership, will assume the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) at NTT DATA, Inc. 

His appointment is scheduled for November 18, 2024.

Background and Expertise

Stijn Nauwelaerts brings a wealth of experience to his new position.

Prior to joining the company, he held the pivotal role of Corporate Vice President HR at Microsoft.

In this capacity, he spearheaded the people and talent agenda across Microsoft’s global subsidiaries and its Customer and Partner Solutions organization.

His tenure at Microsoft was marked by transformative initiatives that shaped the company’s workforce strategy and culture.

Before his Microsoft journey, Stijn served as HR leader at The Bank of New York in Brussels.

His career began as a Legal Counsel, demonstrating his multifaceted understanding of both legal and human resources domains.
