First well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development, Polygon has announced the appointment of Bhumika Srivastava as Global Head of HR, and Chief People Officer.
In this role, Bhumika will be responsible for creating an HR strategy for the Web3 firm’s remote workforce.

Bhumika has over two decades of industrial experience in the HR domain. Prior to Polygon, Bhumika was associated with Airbnb as Head HR & Director, Employee Experience for over five years. Previously, her association was with organizations such as Snapdeal, Tesco PLC, Yahoo, Adobe Systems, and Newgen.
Earlier this year, Polygon raised $450 million in its first institutional round from a marquee list of investors that included SoftBank, Tiger Global, Sequoia Capital India, Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian and Kevin O’leary of Shark Tank fame. It had over 39 investors in all.
