Prime Focus Technologies appoints Prakash as Head HR- VP
Prakash has gained enriched experience in building HR departments, functions, and teams from the ground up, bolstering retention, engagement, and performance.

The creator of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Prime Focus Technologies has announced the appointment of Prakash Lakhiani as Vice President & Head- Human Resources.

In this role, He will be responsible for entire gamut of people and culture agenda of the organization.

Prakash is an HR Leader with nearly two decades of experience. He has broad global expertise across diverse industries and cultures with a proven track record of devising and executing coherent best-in-class HR vision, strategies & policies to shape high-performing cultures and enhance profitability.

A major chunk of his career revolved around the operationalization of various HR initiatives and methodologies whilst attracting & mobilizing top talent worldwide to deliver breakthrough successes.

Prakash has gained enriched experience in building HR departments, functions, and teams from the ground up, bolstering retention, engagement, and performance. He has an influencing and advises leaders as a Business Partner, fueling positive organizational development and a high-performance culture. He has showcased proficiency in testing & implementing the PeopleSoft, Taleo & Avature Modules in different environments & scenarios.

Prior to Prime Focus Technologies, he has been associated with CBRE as Senior Associate Director – Human Resources – India.

At CBRE, he was responsible for directing the majority of HR functions including talent acquisition, transitions, employee relations, performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent analytics whilst leading a team of HR professionals in Pan India.

He was leading the Talent Acquisition & Transition function for India with manpower of 10000 employees in Pan India on CBRE payrolls and led long-range strategic planning to anticipate the innovation of change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. He directed the strategic framework for Workforce Resourcing, Capability Development, and Technology Implementation, and Strongly focused on Gender Diversity for 2021.

Previously, Prakash has worked with organizations such as Regus, Steve & Barry’s, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Chase.

He holds PGDHRM- Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, MBA- Human Resources from Mumbai University, and completed his graduation from the University of Mumbai.
