PwC Ropes-In Sonia Ahlawat as Managing Director from Deloitte

Sonia Ahlawat has been appointed Managing Director at PwC India, bringing with her nearly 20 years of extensive experience in people strategy, transformation, and leadership across global organizations.

In her new role, she will spearhead initiatives to enhance people effectiveness within PwC’s Deals Strategy practice, with a sharp focus on aligning talent strategy with the firm’s growth objectives.

Sonia’s appointment is a strategic move by PwC to further strengthen its capabilities in driving scalable, people-centric transformation.

Experience and Background

Prior to joining PwC, Sonia was a Director at Deloitte, where she led key strategic HR initiatives and transformation programs that significantly influenced business performance.
