Quess Corp, a leading business services provider, has announced the leadership teams for its newly demerged entities, Digitide Solutions and Bluspring Enterprises.
This development follows the approval of the demerger by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution.
The move aims to enable sharper strategic focus, optimized capital allocation, and accelerated innovation for the three independent entities—Quess Corp, Digitide Solutions, and Bluspring Enterprises.
Leadership Appointments at Quess Corp
The leadership appointments reflect Quess Corp’s commitment to driving growth and innovation across its demerged entities.
Guruprasad Srinivasan, a founding team member and the current Group CEO of Quess Corp, will continue to lead the parent company.
He has over 18 years of experience in workforce management and business solutions.
His contributions have been pivotal in establishing Quess Corp as India’s largest workforce solutions provider.
For Digitide Solutions, Gurmeet Chahal has been appointed as the CEO.
Gurmeet has over 25 years of experience in AI, analytics, and digital transformation, particularly in North America’s technology, healthcare, and financial services markets.
His expertise will drive Digitide’s focus on AI-powered digital solutions.
Kamal Pal Hoda, previously the Group CFO of Quess Corp, has been elevated to the role of CEO for Bluspring Enterprises.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in core business finance.
He will oversee Bluspring’s operations in infrastructure management and investments.
Prapul Sridhar has held leadership roles in corporate finance at Quess Corp. The company has appointed him as the CFO of Bluspring Enterprises.
Strategic Focus of the Demerged Entities
The demerger allows each entity to operate independently, focusing on their respective areas of expertise.
Quess Corp will continue to manage workforce solutions, overseeing a 500,000-strong workforce across eight countries and serving over 3,000 clients.
The company aims to maintain its position as a leader in workforce management while exploring new growth opportunities.
Digitide Solutions will specialize in AI-first, digitally enabled solutions, with a presence in 40 locations across eight countries.
The entity emphasizes cutting-edge technology and innovation to drive its growth.
This strategic focus positions it to seize emerging opportunities in AI and digital transformation.
Bluspring Enterprises will concentrate on infrastructure services, including facility management, food services, security services, and industrial and telecom infrastructure maintenance.
