RPG Group, a Mumbai-based business conglomerate, has appointed Udayan Dutt as its President-Group HR, effective June 2, 2025.
Udayan, who previously served as Vice President-HR at Reckitt Benckiser, will succeed S Venkatesh, who recently moved on after more than 11 years with the company.

- Reckitt Benckiser (2018-2025) – Joined as Regional HR Director for South Asia, later taking on global responsibilities in finance, IT, digitization, legal, and transformation.
- National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) – Led global transaction banking HR, focusing on digital banking solutions and workforce optimization.
