Shantanu joins Accenture as Management Consulting Principal Director

Shantanu Bhattacharya has joined Accenture as Management Consulting Principal Director. He will be a part of the Talent & Organization / Human Potential section of Accenture Capability Network.

Talent & Organization / Human Potential is a specialist group that unlocks the power of human potential, and access a new level of workforce transformation for clients in Digital Skills.

In his new role, Shantanu will work with global clients to enhance their Learning & OD-related requirements as a part of the larger Strategy and Consulting offerings from Accenture.

Shantanu is an L&D, HR, and OD professional with more than 24 years of experience in learning strategy and implementation, education consulting, people development, educational design, and content development in organizations worldwide. His core expertise lies in eLearning, learning management systems, and technology-based areas.  

Prior to joining Accenture, he’s had extensive experience in the corporate sector with Indian conglomerates as well as MNCs like the Tata Group Companies and Royal Philips. His roles have included setting up dedicated learning organizations, advising and consulting with companies across the world on organizational development, L&D strategies, and implementation. The objective has always been of attaining greater efficiency, RoI, and alignment to organizational goals.  

In addition to his professional experience, Shantanu is also a speaker at various L&D and learning tech conferences like People Matters L&D, CLO Summit, and L&DTech.

Shantanu has completed his MA from Savitribai Phule Pune University and BA from Scottish Church College, Calcutta University.
