Siemens Energy gets Sarah Tabet as Head- HR, Middle East Hub

One of the world’s leading energy technology companies, Siemens Energy appoints Sarah Tabet as  Head- Human Resources, Middle East Hub.

In this role, she will be responsible for the HR function of Siemens Energy for the Middle East Hub and she will be based out of Dubai.

Prior to this, she was associated with Schneider Electric as Global Human Resources Director/ D&I leader. She provided global strategic HR leadership support and business partnership to senior leaders across the organisation in multiple geographies, larger focus on Europe, the US, India, and China.

Sarah has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources, Middle East Hub at Siemens Energy!”

“After seven wonderful years with Schneider Electric’s HR family, I am excited to move on to a new challenge and embark on a new career journey by leading Siemens Energy’s HR for the ME Zone being based in Dubai. Looking forward to a new chapter with the learning and opportunities it will bring”, the post added.

She further said, “I want to also express my heartfelt gratitude to Schneider’s entire team (Local and globally ) for making my journey a memorable and fulfilling one. Please stay connected.”

Sarah is a passionate and strong believer in HR’s role in inspiring and developing people through proper coaching and mentoring to drive change across organizations. She has vast experience in the HR domain with over 17 years of experience.

She can work with diverse teams and contribute to global objectives to promote a culture of inclusion for all forms of diversity.

She started her career working with British American Tobacco. Sarah is a graduate of finance from Notre Dame University – Louaize (NDU).
