The Sleep Company appoints Gaurav Shah as CFO

The Sleep Company has appointed Gaurav Shah as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 26th December 2023.

Commenting on the appointment, Priyanka Salot, Co-Founder, The Sleep Company said, “Gaurav’s appointment aligns with our vision for strategic and operational foresight.”

“His financial leadership will play a crucial role in realizing our goals. We are thrilled to welcome him onboard to this exciting journey towards continued growth and success”, Priyanka added.

He is an experienced Finance professional with a demonstrated history of working in the e-commerce, automotive industry, food and beverage, chemical, and consulting.

He joined the organization from Wellness Forever Medicare Private Limited where he was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.

Gaurav is skilled in Accounts and Finance, Merger and Acquisition, Fund Raising, Budgeting, MIS, Investor Reporting, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Analytical Skills.

He has over 15 years of experience. His earlier stints include working with CarTrade.com, TATA Starbucks Limited, Dow, Ernst & Young, and KPMG.

He is a qualified CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
