upGrad Abroad appoints Ipshita Kajla as Head- HR

A part of upGrad, through collaborations with overseas universities, upGrad Abroad has appointed Ipshita Kajla as Head- HR.

She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Human Resources at upGrad Abroad!”

She is a Human Resources Professional with over 17 years of experience in translating business vision into HR initiatives to improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement.

Ipshita thrives on tough challenges and translates vision and strategies into actionable, value-added goals with a firm belief that Human Capital is an extremely valuable asset.

She has a proven history of successful execution in complex, multi-faceted, highly competitive environments.

Ipshita Kajlaup looks forward to leveraging her strong leadership, interpersonal, and prioritization skills to achieve organizational goals.

Before upGrad Abroad, she was associated with Yatra Online Ltd. as Head- Human Resources. She worked with the organization for over 3 years.

Her earlier stints include working with People Bridges, BIG FM, MicroSave – Financial Inclusion Consulting, Mondelēz International, IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), and Bharti Airtel Limited.

She holds her Master of Arts in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Delhi University.
