Veteran Journalist Rahul Kanwal Appointed CEO of NDTV

He has held key editorial roles at prominent organizations such as Aaj Tak, India Today TV, and Business Today.

During his tenure at the India Today Group, which spanned over 20 years, he served as News Director for TVTN (Television Today Network) and Executive Director of Business Today.

His leadership was instrumental in shaping content strategy and editorial direction, earning him recognition as one of the most influential figures in Indian journalism.

Rahul’s academic credentials further underscore his expertise.

He is an alumnus of the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School and a Chevening Scholar.

He also studied journalism at Delhi University and pursued a program in International Broadcast Journalism at Cardiff University.

His dedication to journalism has been acknowledged with awards such as the Roy Peck Trust Grant for Hostile Environment Journalism.
