Xpheno, a specialist staffing firm, has appointed Khyati Mehta as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, Khyati is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Xpheno’s recruiter-specialist model, enhancing talent engagement, and driving workplace productivity.
Her appointment comes at a critical juncture for Xpheno, as the company prepares for an IPO and expands its staffing solutions across high-impact sectors such as Life Sciences, IT, Retail, Automotive, and Infrastructure.

Xpheno’s Expansion and IPO Plans
Xpheno is gearing up for an IPO within the next two years, signaling aggressive expansion in the specialist staffing market.
The company has already crossed the INR 500 crore turnover milestone and is positioning itself to support over 200 new Greenfield Global Capability Centres (GCCs) projected to open in India.
