Zoom appoints Matthew Saxon Chief People Officer
He will help Zoom’s continued growth and help scale all elements of the organization including culture, organizational design, talent acquisition, engagement, training and development, employee experience, and infrastructure.

Zoom Video Communications, Inc., an American communications technology company has announced the appointment of Matthew Saxon as its Chief People Officer with immediate effect.

In this role, Matthew will lead Zoom’s people experience team and report to Aparna Bawa, Zoom’s Chief Operating Officer.

He will help Zoom’s continued growth and help scale all elements of the organization including culture, organizational design, talent acquisition, engagement, training and development, employee experience, and infrastructure.

Matthew is an experienced HR executive leader with a proven track record of delivering tangible business outcomes through managing change, leading teams, partnering with senior management to deliver critical business initiatives, and implementing practical solutions to support business strategies.

Matthew has over 20 years of experience in human resources and people operations. Prior to Zoom, he was working with Meta as Vice President of People Operations, and previously was Senior Vice President of Compensation, HR Operations, and Shared Services at Humana.

He has held several leadership positions at Motorola, including Vice President of Total Rewards and Vice President of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
