An Indian chain store retailing garments, Fabindia appoints former Tata Group Rajeshwari Srinivasan as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Rajeshwari will succeed Vinay Singh the current MD and CEO for seven years. Vinay will continue to be a non-executive director on the Fabindia board.

Rajeshwari is an experienced leader with three decades of experience in the TATA Group as a Tata Administrative Services ( TAS) officer.
She has worked with and led businesses & verticals for several TATA companies including Rallis India, Tata Tea ( now Tata Consumer Products ), Indian Hotels ( Taj Hotels ) & Titan Company Ltd across diverse sectors and portfolios of FMCG & Lifestyle products & Services, Hospitality & Luxury goods.
She joins Fabindia from Titan Company Limited where she was Chief Strategy Officer. She was associated with the organization for over 15 years.
Rajeshwari holds her master’s in Business Administration in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Economics from the Ethiraj College For Women.
