A consumer internet company, Glance has announced the appointment of Rithika Sundaram as Director – Human Resources.

She has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director – Human Resources at Glance!”

“Over the past few years, I have discovered that my ability to thrive & contribute happens best where there is a meeting of minds in terms of the value system and that’s a rare find in the corporate landscape. I can recall several occasions of being pushed into the unknown but always having a life jacket and an assuring voice to guide me whenever I needed it”, Rithika Sundaram added.

Rithika Sundaram further said, “I’ve returned to what I like to think of as home, armed with new dreams and aspirations of unlocking not just my own potential but also to help create a space where everyone can also discover and pursue their true north!”

She has over 13 years of experience spanning HR Consulting (Design & Strategy) and core Line HR (HRBP & Generalist). In both her consulting and line HR experience she had the opportunity to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and continuously evolving priorities.

The consulting experience allowed Rithika Sundaram to explore the breadth of functional areas across the employee life-cycle and across a diverse spectrum of industries and geographies.

Rithika’s line HR stint has further strengthened her abilities to understand the business, forge deep relationships, and influence stakeholders to co-create and drive key HR outcomes on talent supply, capability, growth, high performance, and employee relations.

Prior to Glance, Rithika was associated with Zeta Suite as Associate Director- Human Resources for almost 1.5 years.

Earlier, she has been associated with InMobi, EY, Aon Consulting (Hewitt Associates), Allegro Capital Advisors, and D.E.Shaw India Software Pvt. Ltd.
