Dhanuka Agritech appoints Viekas K Khokha as Head-Human Resources

Viekas K. Khokha appointed as the Head-HR at Dhanuka Agritech. Prior to this most recently, Khokha was the Director-HR at Zimmer Biomet, a medical device company that manufactures aluminium splints.

At Zimmer Biomet, he spearheaded the HR component of the business strategy by planning, developing, and implementing initiatives that positively impacted the productivity, capability, and effectiveness of customer groups.

On new roles, Khokha said, “The role brings in the opportunity to create a talent pool, which needs to keep circulating in the industry. As an HR leader, I will contribute towards the creation of this talent pool through awareness generation, employee value proposition, and employees’ happiness.”

Khokha has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, Sales & Marketing with exposure to multiple industries like Office Automation, Telecommunications & Healthcare. Earlier to Zimmer Biomet, Viekas has worked with Bharti Airtel as Head-Human Resources. He has led large transformation projects like the merger of internal units within the organization, branching out of Business Units, the amalgamation of the Key Business Units to the centralized workforce including policies and practices.

Khokha holds Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Nagpur University and PGDBM (FT) in Marketing and Human Resources.
