
A leading end-to-end technology-enabled logistics solutions provider, Ecom Express Limited has announced the appointment of Prashant Khullar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this role, Prashant will be responsible for serving over 50,000 employees at Ecom Express. He is a strategic Human Resource leader with over 24 years of experience and has strong people connections creating a competitive advantage for the organization by aligning, simplifying & balancing HR processes to deliver the bottom line.

Prashant is recognized as a highly motivating HR leader for consulting challenging issues helping people understand their strengths & improvements and coaching them to develop both professionally and personally.
Previously, he was the Founder & CEO of “nerv2serv Learning Company”. Here he was helping organizations build their Service Triangle – People Leadership; Customer Obsession & Organizational Balance through unique program offerings.
Earlier, Prashant was working with Max Life Insurance Company Limited as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he was serving the Organisation and its people by leading Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Digital HR & Technology, Future Leaders Program, POSH, and Employee Relations.
Prashant’s previous stints include The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) where he was Director & Head Human Resources (Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces). In this role, he was responsible for serving 10000+ employees across the Taj Hotels (including the flagship Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai) & Taj Safari Lodges for a business turnover of over Rs. 4000 crores.
Prashant has worked with organizations such as Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and ITC Hotels. He started his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Management Intern – Hotel Operations.
He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from the SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and Bachelor’s degree from the University of West London.
