EORTV Media appoints Nishkal Vaidya as CHRO

Mumbai based, LGBTQ-focused OTT media platform, EORTV has appointed Nishkal Vaidya as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. He joined the company in Feb 2020 on his new job role. Prior to this appointment, he was actively working with media company exchange4media as the senior manager, HR for the last three years.

Talking on his latest appointment, Nishkal says, “I am excited to be part of the most creative OTT platform in India and look forward to supporting the company and its growth through meaningful HR contribution.”

Nishkal has always been in HR and sees HR as a function that is “partnering with businesses”. His 13-plus years of experience cover the entire gamut of Human Resources, and his competencies lie in areas such as Performance Management Systems, Culture Building, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, employee development.

Announcing Nishkal ‘s appointment Deepak Pandey, Executive Director, “EORTV, said, “Nishkal will add more value to our organization. He has vast and varied experience and also an understanding and sensitivity towards a people-driven culture”

Commenting on Vaidya’s appointment, Kaushik Izardar, “Executive Director EORTV Media Pvt. Ltd. said, “I welcome Nishkal on board. I am sure his rich and diverse experience will be of immense value to the Company.”

Nishkal graduated in commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. He Is an avid sports lover and have been a Volley Ball player throughout the school until university and have also represented Maharashtra at the National Level Volley Ball Championship.
