A Swiss-Indian food and technology Platform Company, Innoterra has announced the appointment of Raj K. Mallavarapu as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this role, Raj will be responsible for leading Innoterra’s Human Resources divisions globally and will be based in Mumbai.

Raj is a Strategic & Innovative HR Leader with over 18 years of experience across HR, Business & Digital roles in Fortune 500 companies across India, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
Raj’s specialties include Business Partnering, CXO Hiring, and Development, People Strategy, Integrated Talent Management, Enabling Business & Digital Transformation, Inclusion & Diversity, and Leading across culture.
Prior to joining the organization, Raj was associated with Bayer. He has led various leadership roles in companies including Saint-Gobain Group and Monsanto Company.
Raj is a Certified Executive, Hogan & Leadership Coach who is passionate about helping leaders grow themselves as they grow businesses.
Raj holds a Master’s in business administration in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Andhra University.
