Mahindra Group elevates Seema as Vice President & Chief People Officer

Mahindra Group elevates Seema Bangia as Vice President & Chief People Officer, Board of Director at Mahindra Agri, Defence & Aero Sectors (Mahindra & Mahindra).

Earlier she was working as Chief People Officer and Board of Director for Mahindra Agri, Defence & Aero Sectors of Mahindra Group.

She is being associated with Mahindra Group since 2012. Seema is a seasoned HR Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Defense & Space industry.

Seema is a strong human resource professional skilled in Negotiation, HR Consulting, Executive Search, Technical Recruiting, and HR Policies.

Prior to joining Mahindra Group, she has worked with Carlsberg India, ZTE Telecom, Canon India, Keane Inc. (Formally Metamor Inc.), Lucent Technologies, Motorola Information Systems, Arthur Andersen, and Nestle India.

Seema Bangia graduated from Delhi University in Economics and Business Studies and holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from First Business School, Chicago, USA.
