India’s leading checkout network meant to make payments invisible and money intelligent, Simpl has announced the appointment of Sneha Arora as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Sneha has rich experience in human resources. She is an HR leader with experience across Technology, Retail and eCommerce industries. She had opportunities to work in fast-paced, diverse, and multicultural environments.
Prior to Simpl, Sneha Arora was associated with Myntra as Vice President- Human Resources. In this role, she was a part of the leadership team and championed building a people-first culture.
Earlier Sneha was working with SAP India as a Director- Human Resources. She was the HR leader for technology teams in India. She was also the HRBP lead for the technology board area for APJ and led the Diversity & Inclusion charter for SAP India. In this role, she acquired extensive experience working across geographies and developed a passion for creating Inclusion in workplaces.
Before SAP, She was working with Flipkart and was leading HR for all business, sales & marketing functions. Sneha started her career as a management trainee with Texas Instruments in 2010.
Sneha is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and holds MA in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations.
