India’s leading Rural Fintech company, Spice Money has announced the appointment of Atul Tiwari as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Atul is an HR Professional with over 16 years of qualitative experience in HR Technology, Product Design, Management Consulting, leadership development, Strategy Planning, Shared Services, C&B, and OD Interventions across industry verticals globally.

He possesses a clear understanding of the industry corporate HR trends with the distinction of instituting quality practices to achieve business excellence. He has successfully scaled up systems and processes as a growth enabler and has proven ability in business strategy & planning.

Atul’s abilities are to analyze key business challenges, evolve and align HR strategy and initiatives to meet short-term and long-term challenges/ goals of the organization.

He is passionate about topics related to Simplifying Work-life through HR Technology, Change Management, Organisational Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, and Leadership Development. In the last few years, he has run multiple people interventions to help organizations and their leaders realize their potential.

Atul has worked in a width on all facets of HR and related Technology within functions like Shared Services Operations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation.

Prior to Spice Money, he was into Consulting as an HR and HR Tech Advisor. Previously, Atul was associated with OYO as HR Head – OYO Tech.

Earlier, Atul has been associated with PeopleStrong as AVP – HR, Technology Transitions & Consulting. In this role, he has helped the organization to adapt and adopt digital HR solutions to enhance employee experience. He has created an HR Analytics framework. He has made process efficiency improvement by 45% and productivity by 25% through HR Transformation initiatives.

Previously, He has also worked with organizations such as Puma Energy, PwC, IBM, and Hexaware Technologies.

Atul holds a Master in Business Administration from Balaji Institute of Modern Management. He completed his bachelor’s of engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College.
