Tata 1mg appoints Ina Bajwa as Chief Human Resources Officer

India’s leading consumer health platform, Tata 1mg has appointed Ina Bajwa as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

As CHRO of Tata 1mg, she will be dedicated to elevating the performance-driven culture based on Tata Group’s values of leading with trust. Her goals are to build a compelling Employee Value Proposition and embed an integrated people agenda to accelerate growth as per the business strategy. 

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I am thrilled to share that I have joined Tata 1mg as Chief Human Resources Officer.”

“Together with the incredible leadership team and all colleagues of Tata 1mg, I look forward to elevating our performance-driven culture on the back of Tata Group’s values of leading with trust”, she added.

She further said, “I am excited to be part of this fast-growing organisation at this very important point in its evolution to become an industry benchmark.”

As an HR leader with nearly 21 years in various sectors, Ina Bajwa excels in aligning people strategies with business growth, improving productivity, and enhancing employee well-being and career growth.

She is passionate about developing talent and teams, her focus is on fostering a high-performance culture where collaboration, innovation, and mutual support drive success.

Ina joins the organization from Tata Communications where she has held various leadership roles. Her last designation was Vice President – Human Resources.

Her earlier stints include working at Degreed, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), HSBC, and Essar.

She holds her PGDM in Human Resources from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and completed her Bachelor of Economics from MCM DAV College – India.
