Teachmint ropes in Kapil Vardhan from Flipkart as Chief HR Officer

A leading provider of education-infrastructure solutions, Teachmint has appointed Kapil Vardhan as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Kapil Vardhan is a business-focused HR professional. He is passionate about supporting organizations, teams, and individuals to achieve their potential. He brings more than 20 years of experience across diverse cultures and industries – energy, oil & gas, technology, and retail.

Prior to Teachmint, Kapil was associated with Flipkart as Head of Human Resources, leading HR for the Tech organization & 3 businesses at Flipkart.

Earlier Kapil was associated with Honeywell, Petrofac, GE, and Asian Paints (I) Ltd. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and did bachelor’s from Delhi University.
