At the Biz2Credit Annual Diwali Dhamaka, Biz2Credit employees reaped the rewards of the outstanding contributions they made in the past year.
Taking centre stage at the Biz2Credit Annual Diwali Dhamaka on 8th October 2022 was the ultimate dream machine-the BMW bike for the five top winners.
Biz2Credit also gave away iPad Air and announced bonuses, cash rewards, and other perks for their employees for the appraisal year 2022–23.
In addition to this, the company has also announced that top performers, i.e., 60–70% of employees, will get up to 40x their Performance Linked Incentive.
Biz2Credit is the company behind Biz2X, a global SaaS platform that enables financial institutions to provide a customised online lending experience for their small and mid-sized business customers.
The company has introduced new schemes and HR policies to reward and cherish employees’ contributions to the organization. Notably, it introduced an ESOP scheme, which is an inclusive scheme covering 100% of its employees, which apparently no other organisation is offering in the recessionary scenario.
