Cognizant CEO Addresses Bonus and Salary Hike Concerns at Townhall

According to an internal memo, the company has promised to award bonuses in March. Employees will receive their eLetters for bonuses by March 10.

Initially scheduled for April, the salary hikes have now been deferred to August.
