FIITJEE, as per Money Control, has frozen employee salaries, citing the necessity for heightened productivity, reflecting issues within the coaching institute regarding financial management and workforce efficiency.
The company operates over 100 study centres in the country and has a workforce of about 4,000 teaching and non-teaching employees.
As per the report, Dinesh Kumar Goel, the founder and managing director of FIITJEE, said, “When you don’t follow us and don’t do your duty properly at the centers then we can’t run the centers efficiently enough.”
“Salary is not a matter of right, it needs to be earned by doing what is expected of you to do,” Dinesh added.
Yet, the company has conducted center evaluations using a system familiar to all Managing Partners (Centre Heads) and staff for 15 years.
This indicates stability and continuity in the assessment process, ensuring transparency and consistency in evaluating performance across the organization’s various centers over an extended period.
Moreover, the organization employs multiple systems aimed at safeguarding student interests while also contributing positively to society.
These systems likely encompass diverse strategies and initiatives designed to ensure student welfare and promote beneficial societal impacts. Such comprehensive measures underscore the company’s commitment to its educational mission and broader social responsibilities.
