Ratan Naval Tata, a towering figure in Indian industry and chairman emeritus of the Tata Group, passed away late Wednesday night, Oct 9, 2024, at the age of 86. He had been undergoing treatment for a prolonged illness at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital for several days.
Known for his transformative leadership, Ratan Tata was more than just the head of one of India’s most prestigious business conglomerates.
