Phenom to Expand India Workforce by 100% in Next 2 Years

Phenom, a global artificial intelligence (AI) company, has announced ambitious plans to double its workforce in India over the next two years.

By doubling its workforce, Phenom aims to address key challenges such as seamless hiring, retention solutions, upskilling, and personalized engagement.

Headquartered in Greater Philadelphia, Phenom already has offices in Hyderabad, Vizag, and Bengaluru.

The company specializes in leveraging AI and automation to empower enterprises with scalable talent acquisition.

It also focuses on optimized talent management and enhanced retention.

By doubling its workforce, Phenom aims to serve over 1,100 enterprise customers in India.

Phenom’s President, COO, and Co-Founder, Hari Bayireddi, emphasized the importance of India as a critical growth market for the company.

With over 6,000 large enterprises in the country, Phenom sees immense potential for innovation in talent experience.

The company plans to add more offices in new locations across India to support its expansion.

IAMPHENOM India Summit
