Wipro has announced the continuation of its pioneering Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) for 2024 and 2025 graduates, reaffirming its commitment to nurturing talent from non-engineering backgrounds.

This initiative includes two flagship programs—WASE (Wipro Academy of Software Excellence) and WIMS (Wipro Infrastructure Management Services)—designed specifically for BCA and B.Sc. graduates.

Launched in 1995, WILP has stood the test of time, providing a dual advantage to young professionals by allowing them to gain full-time work experience at Wipro while pursuing a fully sponsored M.Tech degree from a premier institution.

The program is celebrated for enabling both academic advancement and career progression, helping students build a strong foundation in the IT industry without compromising their education.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for WILP, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation year must be 2024 or 2025
  • Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
  • Must have completed 10th and 12th standards
  • Should be enrolled in a full-time BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics)
  • Distance learning degrees are not accepted for graduation; however, open school/distance is allowed for 10th and 12th
  • One backlog permitted till the assessment stage; it must be cleared with the 6th semester
  • A maximum 3-year gap in education is allowed between 10th and graduation start; no gaps are allowed during graduation
  • Must have studied Core Mathematics in graduation (Applied or Business Maths not accepted)
  • Only Indian citizens, or PIO/OCI cardholders, are eligible; Bhutan/Nepal citizens must produce a citizenship certificate

Additional Information

Candidates who have appeared for any Wipro selection process in the past three months are ineligible to apply. Wipro reserves the right to permit or restrict any applicant’s participation in the WILP selection process, regardless of eligibility status.

This strategic program reflects Wipro’s continued investment in creating industry-ready talent by blending practical work exposure with advanced academic learning.

How to Apply

This program offers BCA and B.Sc. students the unique opportunity to start working at Wipro while pursuing an MTech degree from a premier university.

Interested candidates can visit Wipro’s Official Career Page for more information and apply. There is a 6-step registration process.
